Westerwood is seeking a Maintenance Technician to add to our exceptional team and community. This position is full-time and scheduled 8:00am to 4:30pm and is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Apply today to learn more!

Job Duties: Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, preventative maintenance, routine service, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, and HVAC systems/plumbing repairs (as qualified).

Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience. Preferential pay for candidates with technical schooling and EPA 608 universal refrigerant certification. Must enjoy working with the senior population and possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
