Liberty Asset Group LLC in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity through timely repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turns, and strong customer service. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and grounds tasks, respond to emergency calls, and help keep common areas clean and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, drywall, carpentry, and grounds maintenance
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by completing unit turns and inspections
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, storage areas, and common areas
• Assist with maintaining property curb appeal and overall appearance
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Identify safety hazards and report maintenance concerns to management
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and Fair Housing guidelines
• Work collaboratively with office staff, vendors, and other team members

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property through timely repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and excellent customer service.
