Job summary

Candidate should have 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, be proficient with electrical and PLC-related controls, and able to read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to identify wear, damage, and potential failures.
• Repair or replace defective components, motors, bearings, belts, gears, pumps, sensors, and other machine parts.
• Assist with equipment installations, machine setups, modifications, and upgrades.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, equipment drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
• Follow established preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
