Position: Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical or electrical maintenance operations.
• Analyze, prepare, plan and carry out small to medium‑sized improvements on machines and equipment (major sized improvements if necessary).
• Order and lead actions performed by contractors when necessary.
• Preventive maintenance; perform corrective actions; support planning and preparation; monitor outcomes and document outcome, root cause, time, improvements.
• Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Achieve maintenance targets.
• Follow quality and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate operational status and any deviations.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements and development on a personal and operational level.
• Develop specific or expert competence within a specific area.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial experience and a high school diploma or GED; trade school degree preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in troubleshooting and diagnosing a variety of complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
