Job summary

Alleima is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Electrical focus at our Scottdale, PA site. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and control systems, and works with 3-phase systems (120V–480V).

You will read electrical schematics, support uptime improvements, and follow safety procedures including LOTO. A high school diploma or GED is required, trade school is preferred; prior industrial experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school degree preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex electrical, electronic and mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems and industrial voltage ranges (120V–480V).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, motors and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical and control system issues.
• Work with 3-phase electrical systems and industrial voltage ranges (120V–480V).
• Maintain and troubleshoot DC drive systems and motor controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and technical manuals.
• Support efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Assist in fabrication, equipment repair and mechanical troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

We, Business Unit (BU) Specialized, belong to the Tube Division within Alleima Group, and we are a world leading producer and supplier of specialized tubular products in growing key market segments such as Aerospace, Medical and Hydrogen. Our products are corrosion resistant alloys based on stainless steel, nickel, titanium… We are now looking for Maintenance Technician – Electrical focus for our very promising site of Alleima Precision Tube, based at Scottdale PA, USA. We are a human size site with around 55 employees and are specialized in producing high precision stainless and nickel alloy tube products to various high demanding industries including aerospace, transportation, nuclear and petrochemical.

Your Roles

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, motors, and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues

About You

The Maintenance Technician must possess previous industrial experience and possess a high school diploma or GED, with a trade school degree preferred. You have demonstrated competence in troubleshooting and diagnosis of a variety of complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
