Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a dedicated technician for a 3rd shift role in Rochester, NY. You will maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including robotics, to maximize uptime. Training on 1st shift may be required for 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and strict adherence to safety protocols. A high school diploma and 2+ years' experience in manufacturing electrical troubleshooting are expected.

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Self-motivated with own tools.

• Maintain optimal equipment performance through routine inspections and proactive servicing of machinery and robotics.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear proper PPE.
• Regular attendance during scheduled work hours is essential.

Compensation: $20.66-$30/hr -Based on experience (+ a $3.00/hr shift differential)

Schedule: 3 rd Shift - Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00PM-7:30AM **Must be available to train on 1 st shift - M-F 7:00AM-3:30PM for 4-6 weeks

Job Requirements
