We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our equipment runs smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery (e.g., conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, PLCs).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to minimize production delays.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Conduct routine inspections and predictive maintenance using diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing, production, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (480V, 3-phase), PLCs, welding, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CNC machines, HVAC, or robotics (a plus!).
• Ability to use multimeters, calipers, and diagnostic software.
• Certifications (e.g., HVAC, welding, electrical) are preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset – you love diagnosing issues and fixing them!
