We are seeking aService Technicianwith a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you willbe responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 500 unit propertymeet both company standards and applicable laws.

As theService Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing

• Maintain interior and exterior areasin accordance withcompany standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws

• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets

• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staffregardingrepairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $21 – $24/hour

• Up to 50% Rent Discount

• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions

• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly

• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

• Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits

Hours & Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: Daytime shift TBD

• Paid rotating on-call participation required

• Must be available and prepared for emergency events

• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
