The Company's Total Rewards package is competitive within the industry. The expected base salary range for this position is between $36.64 and $54.96 USD. Actual starting salary will depend on skills, experience, education, and location. The total compensation may include profit sharing, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

• Reporting to the engineering team, this individual will maintain and improve equipment and processes throughout the building.
• The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player, excellent trainer, and problem solver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshooting, repairing, implementing design changes, developing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and monitoring equipment.
• Leading our operator-driven maintenance program by providing training, coaching, guidance, and leadership.
• Prioritizing safety by conducting risk assessments and ensuring all work processes meet safety standards.
• Supporting TPM and LEAN initiatives through task development, employee training, and data analysis for improvements.
• Performing highly skilled mechanical repairs on equipment such as pumps, HVAC systems, liquid fillers, pneumatic systems, label machines, and more.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*2nd Shift*

• Minimum of 5+ years as a maintenance technician, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with LEAN, TPM, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Understanding of PLC ladder logic and troubleshooting programs.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Strong coaching, training, and teamwork abilities.
• Leadership experience and a 'hands-on' approach.
• Machining and welding experience is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full-Time position.
• 2nd shift schedule.
• This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
