Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to keep the property in top condition, including painting, HVAC installations, and turnkey apartments. You will preserve buildings and common areas, perform targeted repairs, and handle upkeep tasks with attention to detail.

The role requires HVAC/EPA certification, 1 year of maintenance and HVAC experience, and readiness to work overtime. You must have your own tools and a vehicle, with on-site duties at our location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician (hands-on role).
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Must have own tools and vehicle, and ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Punch apartments to be rent ready (paint, sheetrock, turnkey).
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, appliances, plumbing).
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (painting, carpentry, etc.).
