Typical day as a Mechanical Technician

• Maintaining, operating, and performing light repairs on machinery and/or product lines that process state-of-the-art 12’ silicon wafers
• Utilizing computers frequently to perform preventative maintenance
• Proactively identify defects in the manufacturing line and or product
• Operating in a cleanroom environment; moving and standing for long periods of time
• Filter and chemical changes as well as inventory tracking

• Have excellent math, computer, and problem-solving skills
• Are experienced in general maintenance and/or construction
• Fall into any of these categories: military, automotive repair, or electrician

Shifts include

• SHIFT 4: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
• SHIFT 5: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
• SHIFT 6: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)
• SHIFT 7: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
