Role Description

The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandler, AZ, responsible for supporting safe and reliable operation of foundry and production equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, diagnosing equipment issues, and completing repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves inspecting machinery, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to prioritize work orders and schedule maintenance around production needs. The Maintenance Technician will follow safety procedures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in installing, upgrading, and commissioning new equipment as required.
