Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean our facilities and grounds. You will use carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other skills to keep buildings in good condition.

A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, and HVAC certification is a plus. We offer ongoing training and a supportive environment focused on long-term career growth in property management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years as a maintenance technician.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
  • HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
  • Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors.
  • Report health, safety, or hazardous situations immediately to management.
  • Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
  • Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other related skills.
