Qualifications

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic tools required, to include personal smartphone technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents as part of the Cohen-Esrey team.
• Complete background checks and drug tests as part of the hiring process.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

Compensation* $19-$21
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
