Job summary

Prestige Real Estate Management is seeking a dependable, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Loftus in NewBo Community. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime as needed and on-call rotation.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental, health, PTO, and vision.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
• Experience with general grounds maintenance and property upkeep is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and painting.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, appliance repairs, and general maintenance.
• Perform routine grounds maintenance and keep the community clean and presentable.
• Complete daily property clean-up to ensure common areas and amenities remain safe and welcoming.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, and team members.

Prestige Real Estate Management is looking for a dependable, motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Loftus in NewBo Community. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime may be needed as business demands
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and painting needs

Qualifications
