Job summary

Prestige Real Estate Management is seeking a dependable, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Loftus in NewBo Community. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime as needed and on-call rotation.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental, health, PTO, and vision.

Qualifications

HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
Experience with general grounds maintenance and property upkeep is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and painting.
Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, appliance repairs, and general maintenance.
Perform routine grounds maintenance and keep the community clean and presentable.
Complete daily property clean-up to ensure common areas and amenities remain safe and welcoming.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, and team members.
