Maintenance Technician, Cedar Falls, IA

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Day, 4:00am-12:00pm training, 10:00am-6:00pm regular shift

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment, and ordering/installing replacement parts.
• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to enhance availability, capability, and yield.
• Conducting equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Preparing technical reports to document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
