Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions in Catoosa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee multiple locations, install and inspect machines, and perform preventive maintenance to keep industrial equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree or technical school training preferred.
• 5+ years of related mechanic experience in manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
• Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment; in-depth knowledge of system maintenance.
• Able to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Good communication, basic computer, and reporting writing skills.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking; ability to climb, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces; lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintains inventories of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Requisitions supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mfg. Maintenance Technician will oversee multiple locations and perform various tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will install and inspect machines and electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure industrial machines remain operational.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
