Job summary

IES is seeking a Maintenance professional for an on-site role in Canton, Ohio. The position focus is evaluating machines and building systems, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Oversee disposal of chemical waste; choose supplier, schedule, maintain safety standards
• Maintain building security
• On site First Responder - Assist in emergency and clean up
