Northwest x Southern Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Hyatt House Anchorage. The role maintains, repairs, and services hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure a safe, clean environment and supports overall hotel operations while following safety standards.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
  • Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure a safe, clean environment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complete repair requests.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
  • Support overall hotel operations while following safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Summary
