Job summary

Hilton Anchorage seeks a Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of the hotel's facilities and equipment. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, performing preventative maintenance on HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Relevant certifications (a plus!) (e.g., HVAC, electrician, plumbing licenses) are a plus.
