Hader Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Buckeye Lake, OH, to support safe, reliable operation of a manufacturing facility by maintaining and repairing building systems and production support equipment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, compressors, utilities, and lighting; perform preventive maintenance; read blueprints and manuals; and coordinate with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience for mechanical systems.
• Basic electrical diagnostic capability.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of HVAC/compressor/utilities systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, OSHA compliance, and orderly work practices (5S).
• CMMS experience and attention to record accuracy.

• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and maintenance documentation
