Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Bremen, IN is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to join our manufacturing team. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC-driven equipment, and support production targets.

Level 1 and Level 2 operate on a swing shift with 7-day rotation; Level 3 may require additional shifts and heavier PLC programming. The role favors strong electrical, hydraulics/pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting skills with attention to safety and

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Experience with hydraulics and/or pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Support production targets and ensure safety and compliance.

Maintenance Technician Openings
Job Location: Bremen, IN

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay levels with increases at week 18 and 36.
• Yearly earnings potential:
  • Level 1: Year 1 - $78k, Year 2 - $83k
  • Level 2: Year 1 - $89k, Year 2 - $96k
• Additional overtime available.
• Potential summer increases (historically around 4%).

Shifts/Schedule

• Level 1 and 2: Swing shift 4:45p-5a, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. Work 7 days in a 14-day period with every other Fri, Sat, Sun off. 9 hours OT built into schedule every other week.
• Level 3: Normally M-F days but open to any shift, requires heavy PLC programming and commissioning drives.

General Requirements

• Background check, drug test, physical, and education verification required.
• Non-smoking campus.
• PPE required.
• HS diploma, GED, Associates, BS, or none.
