Sancrest Llc is seeking a skilled facilities technician to support safe, clean, and efficient operations across client sites in Virginia. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, respond to work orders, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with on-site teams and vendors, document all activities in our maintenance systems, and uphold strict safety standards.

• Hands-on knowledge of facility maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to complete accurate documentation of work performed.
