Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium label solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems. This role supports safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations in a multi-shift environment.

You will diagnose issues, complete preventive maintenance, and contribute to Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives. The position offers opportunities to deepen experience across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year hands-on experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational or technical maintenance training preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to assess equipment performance and implement improvements.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with manufacturing operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentation.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives in daily tasks.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair activities as needed.

Maintenance Technician

You'll respond to equipment issues, complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot multiple system types, and support operational excellence in a multi-shift environment.

What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems while supporting preventive maintenance, technical documentation, and operational excellence activities.

• Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentation
• Support operational excellence initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
• Perform facility maintenance and repair activities as needed
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems who can read electrical schematics, troubleshoot effectively, use basic computer systems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-shift environment.

• Must meet physical demands of the role, including frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
