Apscareerportal in Porter's Cleaner's/Bossier City, LA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities/Maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining facilities and equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and handling repairs to keep machinery and systems running safely and efficiently.

The position is full-time with a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, Operations Manager, and President; offers benefits

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment to complete repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of maintenance supplies.
• Learn equipment preventative maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance regularly.
• Vehicle maintenance without major overhauls.
• Maintenance of vehicles, buildings, cleanliness, and overall appearances.
• Lawn maintenance when needed.
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Clean up equipment and buildings.
• Keep the shop and supply room neat and organized

Job Summary
