We are currently looking for a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and market-ready apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and support the overall upkeep of the property.
