Job summary

Reeb Millwork Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift (Monday - Friday) to inspect, repair and maintain forklifts, material handling equipment, and production machinery in a safe, efficient, cost-effective manner.

The role focuses on diagnosing equipment problems, using manuals, diagrams and computer diagnostics, and performing rebuilds or replacements as needed. Candidate should be able to work independently and follow supervisor directions.

Qualifications

• Factory training and certification in diagnostic software.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience as plus.
• Must be able to work with hand, pneumatic and power tools as well as welding equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain forklifts, material handling equipment and production machinery.
• Analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns.
• Use manuals, diagrams and computer diagnostics to troubleshoot engines and systems.
• Use hand and power tools to repair and test components on engines and transmissions.
• Replace pumps, batteries, radiators, bearings, seals, wiring and related parts.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician on 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, to inspect, repair and maintain, in a safe, efficient, timely, cost-effective, and practical manner various types of forklifts, material handling equipment, and production machinery.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements, installations, or rebuilding of components to restore equipment to proper operation.
• Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and/or breakdowns
• Use repair manuals, parts manuals and parts diagrams and computer diagnostics to troubleshoot engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions or other components on the equipment
• Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, drain fluids, assemble equipment, clean and test parts/equipment on engines, engine fuel systems, transmissions and other components.
• Replace pumps, batteries, radiators, bearings, seals, wiring, fuel lines, nozzles, tests float valves, alternators and plugs

Qualifications:
