Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) to lead a team in a values-based organization and drive product quality from start to finish.

The role emphasizes training, process safety, and adherence to schedules while maintaining high standards. Benefits include medical, life and retirement plans, with opportunities for advancement within SBP’s North American footprint.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history/record for insurance and liability reasons.

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM +OT, Monday - Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Drive overall quality for product built, shipped to and received by customer.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw productions or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Responsible to train and develop co-workers in their jobs.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a leadership role
