This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,870-$56,250 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our world-class facilities. Under general supervision, you will perform skilled and experienced tasks in building maintenance, utilizing your extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, materials, tools, and equipment. With your expertise, you will tackle a variety of challenges, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, ensuring our facilities remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed work

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
