This position is well suited for someone with a practical mechanical foundation who works well with others, learns quickly, adapts to changing priorities, and takes ownership of assigned work.

A candidate does not need to enter the role with advanced knowledge of every system listed below. We are willing to train someone who demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, reliability, and the ability to apply feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and basic repairs on production and facility equipment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and control-system issues under appropriate supervision.
  • Support coating, laminating, and converting equipment, along with motors, pumps, conveyors, rollers, air compressors, forklifts, and related systems.
