Job summary

KPM Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential communities safe and well-maintained. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, and respond to resident requests with professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance or handyman work preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with unit turnover and maintenance preparation for new residents.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify and rectify potential maintenance issues.
• Keep maintenance tools and inventory organized and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations at all times.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure all housing units and facilities are in excellent working condition. Your role is crucial in enhancing the living experience of our residents through timely and effective solutions.
