Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in industrial maintenance; electrical journeyman license is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years maintenance experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, perform repairs, and safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, responsiveness, and teamwork.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing or production in an industrial environment.
  • Electrical Journeyman License or related trade training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, utilities, and building infrastructure to support safe and reliable manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and complete repairs or escalate issues when additional technical support is required.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and identify potential issues before they impact production.
  • Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, plumbing, and other facility and production support systems.
  • Maintain maintenance records, work orders, tools, spare parts, and supplies; report recurring equipment and facility issues.
  • Assist with equipment installations, facility projects, contractor activities, and inspections.
