About the Role: Northland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance service requests and work orders, including HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping. The role involves completing apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins efficiently and safely.

The maintenance team maintains professionalism and excellent customer service when working with residents, vendors, and guests. The position requires handling after-hours emergency calls and being on-call, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements: Candidates should have knowledge and experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
