Job summary

NOVO Health Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Atlanta Plant, 2nd shift (12 pm - 8:30 pm). You will diagnose and repair automated equipment, perform installations, and support a preventative maintenance program to sustain efficient plant operations.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in industrial maintenance, with strong mechanical/electrical skills. Boiler maintenance is a plus; tools provided by you may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Boiler maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Must supply personal tools for job performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct building maintenance and support preventative maintenance programs.
• Complete work orders accurately using maintenance tracking system.
• Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment parts as needed.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Install and maintain utility lines (steam, water, air, gas, condensate).
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Document all work performed and time sheets.

Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift 12 pm -830 pm)

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Plant . Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct building maintenance and support a robust preventative maintenance program.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using our maintenance tracking system.
• Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment parts using industrial maintenance knowledge.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.
• Install and maintain utility lines (steam, water, air, gas, condensate), including soldering, pipe threading, and conduit work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Document all work performed, including time sheets, work orders, and request forms.
• Wear appropriate PPE and complete all required safety training.
• Support initiatives to reduce utility usage and waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Must supply personal tools necessary for job performance
