Job summary

Sinclair & Rush, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift at our Arnold, Missouri extrusion facility. You will help keep extrusion lines running efficiently through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.

Initial pay is based on experience, with step and pay progressions as part of our employee development program. A $500 sign-on bonus after six months and another $500 after one year reward long-term commitment.

Job description

Sign-on and Retention Bonus:

$500 after six months of continuous employment and $500 after 1 year of continuous employment.

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 + yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment or degree in related field
• Strong troubleshooting & machine repair skills essential
• Pipefitting, Welding & Brazing skills a plus
