In this critical role at The Carlin, 162 units older adult residential apartments community located in Arlington, VA. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, common areas, and grounds. This position supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager in the daily property operations through general maintenance, timely completion of service requests, and participation in apartment turn‑key processes and preventative maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate will help maintain the organization and inventory of the Maintenance Shop and storage areas, follow all safety standards and practices, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for senior residents.

Compensation:
Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job‑related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered Full‑time non‑exempt, will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position in Seattle, Washington is $23.00- $23.00 per hour.
