Requirements include knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating and renovation tasks; 18+ with MN DHS background check and MVR; valid driver’s license; and willingness to be on-call for emergencies.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join AHL Healthcare Group as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing AHL group homes in the Metro. You will be conducting repairs, installing appliances and flooring, painting, waste disposal, performing scheduled maintenance tasks, and assisting with major projects within the organization as required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating and renovation tasks is essential.
