Key Responsibilities include:

• Handling service requests promptly, aiming for a 24-hour response.
• Participating in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance.
• Performing floating duties as assigned.
• Maintaining community curb appeal, grounds, snow removal, landscaping, and common areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and locks.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Customer service skills and ability to build rapport with residents and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
