2nd Shift Maintenance Technician – $28.95+/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Anderson, Indiana.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

We are seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician for a manufacturer in Anderson, Indiana. Pay starts at $28.95/hour, with higher rates based on experience.

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems on a variety of production and facility equipment. This includes work on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, PLCs, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Work with robotics (Fanuc preferred) and Mitsubishi controls.
• Minor fabrication and machining tasks.
• Maintain air compressors, cooling systems, and conveyor lines.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and upgrades electrical systems including: programmable controllers, PLCs, circuit boards etc.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to read machine diagrams and use tools/equipment safely.
• Comfortable working at heights and with lift equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with industrial automation, including three and six axis robotics required.
• Relevant trade certificates or education in electrical, facilities and/or industrial maintenance.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electro pneumatic, and electrical systems, demonstrated troubleshooting ability and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints, machine drawings, electrical diagrams, and schematic.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and wear required PPE.
