GetHired, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our hotel team. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to keep operations smooth and guests comfortable.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks, respond to requests promptly, and maintain logs. This on-site role invites hands-on problem solving and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred (hotel experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of guest rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for meeting rooms
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in all maintenance work.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems quickly to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay.
