Job summary

ColorMasters, LLC seeks an industrial maintenance professional to follow maintenance programs, calibrate equipment, and ensure production readiness. The role requires reading drawings and maintaining equipment with OSHA compliance.

It also involves troubleshooting, maintaining records, and performing other duties as assigned. The candidate should have 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma with technical education, and be willing to work nights/extended shifts.

• Maintain maintenance records and safety related inspections.
• Performs all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to be certified for forklift operation.
• General mathematic ability required to perform job.
• Willing to enhance skill level through available training.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.

Physical Requirements

• Good hand and eye coordination, with ability to be quick and accurate
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 pounds repeatedly, and climb steps.
• Lifting: Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling).
• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, crawl, and bend.
• Exposure includes but is not limited to continuous noise, scent of materials, bright work stations, machinery with moving parts.
