Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or technical leadership within manufacturing environments.
• Experience with multiple facilities/regional operations preferred.
• Background in maintenance excellence, reliability, asset management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance process optimization.
• Exposure to capital projects, equipment installations, facility expansions, or asset replacement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive results across a networked organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance and reliability excellence across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Partner with plant managers, maintenance managers, and technical leaders to standardize best practices.
• Support the deployment and optimization of maintenance management systems and reliability programs.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve asset performance, equipment reliability, and operational effectiveness.
• Support capital planning and investment decisions related to equipment, infrastructure, and manufacturing operations.
• Lead initiatives focused on preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and asset management.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness across facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to site leadership teams.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
