• Construction trade knowledge including electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmith, and carpentry.
• Flexible in schedule and able to meet the demands of a complex operation.
• Experience with the safe use of hand and mechanical tools.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
• Excellent communication skills, basic English comprehension.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and repairs to property equipment including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, and interior/exterior paint.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in guest rooms or public areas in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Ensure all department safety regulations are met, including security of guest room and property access.
• Perform tasks using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Test, troubleshoot and repair all types of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment associated with guest rooms and public areas. This role requires working technical knowledge of building maintenance and construction trades.

• Provide service and repairs to property equipment including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, and interior/exterior paint.
• Respond to guest calls for maintenance requests in guest rooms or public areas in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Ensure all department safety regulations are met, including security of guest room and property access.
• Perform all tasks using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Test, troubleshoot and perform repairs on all types of equipment.
