Job summary

Collared Martin Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Faraway brand in Teton Village, Wyoming. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, and safety systems to ensure guest comfort and property integrity.

This seasonal, full-time role requires a minimum of three years in maintenance, a construction trades background, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a maintenance related job required.
• Construction trade knowledge and skill, including electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmith, and carpentry required.
• Flexible in schedule and willing to meet the demands of a complex operation.
• Experience with the safe use of hand and mechanical tools.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
• Basic comprehension of the English language (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Description

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment associated with guest rooms and public areas. This role requires working technical knowledge of building maintenance and construction trades.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide service and repairs to property equipment including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, and interior/exterior paint.

Respond to guest calls for maintenance requests in guest rooms or public areas in a timely and professional manner.

Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.

Ensure all department safety regulations are met, including security of guest room and property access.
