Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Tech for a temporary 2nd shift in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves supporting EVS operations, maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment with a focus on safety and reliability.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates bring at least four years in maintenance, knowledge of boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a maintenance position.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, air conditioning, pneumatic building ventilation controls, and various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, required.
• Computer experience, required.
• High school diploma.
• Valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license, required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.
• Conduct cleaning and upkeep of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other infrastructure.
• Coordinates daily Maintenance services with department involved when performing routine assignments
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.

What You'll Do:
