- Strong ability to document procedures and troubleshoot with SOPs.

- Lead and develop maintenance team, including staffing decisions, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee daily maintenance and IT-related workflows to meet operations timelines.
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech systems and equipment.
