Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a facility, distribution or manufacturing environment or equivalent military experience.
• Associate degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology OR an equivalent trade program with maintenance experience.
• Strong technical foundation across electrical and mechanical systems and control logic.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages team members through staffing decisions, performance management, coaching, training, work direction, and team engagement
• Prioritizes, assigns, and oversees daily maintenance and IT related workflow to ensure timely completion and alignment with operational needs
• Oversees preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, and repairs on high tech automated systems and equipment
• Provides technical leadership as a site SME and contributes to maintenance/IT standards
• Guides CMMS usage forDocumentation of maintenance activities
• Coordinates IT work with hardware/software installations to support operations
• Maintains safe work environment and addresses safety concerns regarding material-handling equipment
• Leads cross-functional communication between operations, maintenance, and IT
• Drives continuous improvement to increase equipment reliability and service quality
