Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet applicable state and federal requirements.

• Ability to attend and pass certification courses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical apartment standards and complete repairs as directed.
• Assist with timely apartment turns, painting, cleaning and related tasks.
• Complete maintenance service requests and track status to ensure follow-up.
• Perform snow removal and grounds maintenance including lighting and common areas.
• Keep shop and storage areas neat, organized and safe.
• Interact positively with residents to maintain high satisfaction.
