Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Addison, IL area on a 3:00am–11:30am shift. You will assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility machinery, and learn PLC programming as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plumbing, carpentry, piping, and PLC programming.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics; manual dexterity and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation of facility machinery.
Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
Assist with troubleshooting and repair of facility machinery.
Learn and assist with PLC programs.
Order tools and machinery parts, and complete daily maintenance logs.
Communicate with operators and management; maintain a clean work area.
